PRC4246 Avatar Pure Silk Sculptural Long Tunic Dress

In Eastern philosophy, an Avatar is an incarnation that teaches how to evolve virtues of the past into the present. The Pure Upcycled Silk Avatar Collection is made from vintage pure silk saris, chosen and worn by women in the past to celebrate their lives.

If you look very closely, you will see that the silks in this collection show some of the character of their previous incarnations through the appliqués that have been lovingly applied to bring new life to the  fabric. This piece is a reminder that we are part of a collective journey to which we all add a little something.

This versatile asymmetrical dress can be worn as a tunic or a dress. For warmer weather, it looks best layered over a tank dress or slip, and in cooler months, it pairs nicely with a long-sleeved top. Its sculptural look is flattering for all body types, but is particularly suited to those with a "pear-shaped" figure. This tunic dress is designed to accommodate most body sizes, ranging from size 2 to size 12, with exact measurements provided in the sizing tab.

Generally, this one size fits from a size 2 to a size 12 but here are the actual product measurements. (There are slight variations due to the handmade nature of this garment.)

Unless there is a significant issue with the quality of the product, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the store, but we do examine each exchange on a case by case basis to ensure that we have been as fair as possible given that we are transparent about the "Pre-loved" nature of many of our fabrics.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please let us know in advance if you require more than 7 days and we will try to accommodate you.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, tags attached. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the stoe.
