Once the pieces have arrived from India, we will quality-check your selection. If everything looks as expected we will ship out to you as soon as possible (no later than than the second week of April, 2024).

If upon inspection we discover a collection discrepancy (for example if a piece was listed as Nirvana but actually should have been from the lower-priced Avatar collection) we will reach out to you to ask whether you would still be interested in the piece at the lower price. At this point you could opt to ask for a full refund or ask to be directly refunded the difference between the listed price and the new lower price.

If upon inspection, we realize the price should have been higher, then YAY! you will get the piece at the marked price and will not have to pay the higher collection price.
